2021 was a challenging year, but we were privileged to end it in grand style, celebrating another festivity with the Milton Margai School for the Blind and the National School for the Deaf in Freetown, serving over 400 pupils combined.

We had a really great time and memorable time dancing, eating, drinking and distributing of few presents for the kids.

The most celebrated gift of the day were the 3 Kekes (aka Tuk-Tuk) vehicles, made possible by a generous donation from Hope for Lives supporter Nate Landow. The vehicles are now in full service and used to provide free transportation for the students. Remember these kids are already physically challenged and most of them walk from miles and miles away to and from school.

Even with limited resources, these kids are resilient and tough, doing the best they can to be educated and empowered, proving that disability is not inability.

We want extend our sincerest thanks and appreciation to the Landow family of Maryland for their generous support.
