Hope for Lives recently received an extremely generous donation of seven hematology and immunoassay machines from Johns Hopkins Medicine. Our plan is to transport these vital machines with a large supply of medical equipment and supplies to Sierra Leone. This is the latest of our ongoing shipments of medical devices and supplies to the country.

This shipment is THE most critical and valuable we have sent in the last 3 years. Each of these seven hematology analyzers (by Beckman-Coulter) were originally purchased at a cost $200,000 to $300,000 each. Nearly $2,000,000 (yes 2 million dollars) in medical equipment, VERY generously donated by Suburban Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Our founder, Bobby Smith actively pursued the donation after hearing the hospital was getting new machines to replace them.

Now we need your help to get these machines to people that are desperately in need of this equipment. Your donation will go DIRECTLY to saving lives in Sierra Leone.
